Fall Happenings

Where to start...I got a new hair cut, trim really, but love it. I really like the Fall here, the trees become gorgeous with the different colors...I went out and took some pictures today but I still don't think it captures just how pretty and vibrant they are. We never carved our pumpkin this year. Every night there seemed to be something else so it never happened. The kids weren't too broken up.

W
e did do this other project. A clearance item that turned out to be every bit worth (or maybe less than) the clearance price. Matt showed his vote on how the project went.

Jack has been going to preschool two days a week.
He
loves it. Today he got to dress in his costume and they will be trick-or-treating through the hallways (his preschool is at the high school). He was very excited and makes a handsome little Superman.

Last
but not least, last night was the Ward Fall Festival, costumes, games, etc. Well, Christian was supposed to be Lex Luther to go with Superman. We bought the bald cap and everything. Awesome right? Not so much. The adhesive to get the bald cap on turned out to be almost like glue, and well, have you ever glued something to your head and pieces of hair and then tried to get it off gently? Poor Christian. Needless to say, we missed the party but after removing the head and showering, enjoyed a lovely dinner at the new Red Robin restaurant. We are going to the store today to pick out a new costume for tomorrow. More pictures then.

I am doing the tag that my sister-in-law did. You have to look in your 4th picture folder at the 4th picture and put it on here. So here it is! I tag Nichole, Jess C., Lisa and Tiffany R.
This is from when we were still working on Matt's office before opening. Lunchtime.

Celebrating Fall!

Today we spent the time off of school at Brad's Produce. We went on a bumpy but fun hayride that took us over to the massive pumpkin patch with equally massive pumpkins. We walked around with our basket trying to find Matt's idea of a "perfect pumpkin". We found two very nice looking ones and hauled them back for the return hayride. Then we bought a gallon of some very yummy tasting apple cider and headed home. It was a great day outside. Cool breeze, sunny, a perfect day for pumpkin patching. (Christian's new term for what we were doing today)

GIRL!!! :)

19 Weeks...

So I was going to wait until 20 but I am getting the ultrasound today and just wanted a picture around this time. Anyway, this shirt makes me look bigger than I think I actually am but I am definitely getting bigger by the day. Matt finally felt the baby kick last night and he said, "woah, there was some force behind that...", then he said something about another Jack, hahaha. So here are the pictures. There will be another post later tonight maybe letting whoever reads this know if its blue or pink!
