Bows and Beaches

I made a new bow...that is first.

We finally made it to the beach with some friends of ours. The last weekend before school starts. The weather couldn't have been better what with all the storms we've been having here in the East. It was warm, sunny, breezy, and the water was pretty comfy too.

It was Anna's first trip to the ocean. She pretty much ate, slept and sat on mom or dad's lap, but she did get to try out the sand in her toes.

Jack had a great time in the sand. He could not stay clean of it nor did he want too I think. He kept dropping food on the ground then picking it up and eating it and I asked him, "do you like eating sand with your food?" His reply, "yep"

Christian really impressed me by finally getting in the waves a bit and letting them knock him over once in a while. It was thanks in big part to his friend Austin who was fearless in the water.

Matt did some timid boogie boarding and I floated out in the waves where they just rise and fall. It was lovely.

Great day, great friends. Wish we got out there more.

My computer has been killed and reborn so I have been out of it.
Computers are so great but so frustrating sometimes!

Jack wanted Daddy to help him get onto Applejacks.com

So he said, "how do you spell applejacks?"

Daddy said, "this is easy Jack, how do you spell Jacks?"

Jack replied, "I don't know...J-A-C-K, J-A-C-K?"

Ha ha ha, funny little boy.
